I want to leave a gratitude list for today, they say it is best to start and end the day with a list of gratitude to give one perspective.
Things that I am grateful for
1. Friends and family
2.Animals, all of them the furries and non-furries too
3. Insects- You heard me right, without them we all die, biology taught me this
4.Math-You heard me right. Most of the things that make up our world couldn’t happen without math. Also chemistry and Physics, these things make up existence.
5.Water-the solvent of life
6.French fries-delicious and vegan friendly, I still eat meat but I try to do my part and keep my consumption to a minimum.
7.Diet soda-all of the goodness without the crazy sugar content
8.clean underwear-they are important
9.mitochondria-very important
10.The meal of lunch-I have become a very big fan
11.Cartoons-When life gets you down, watch a cartoon!
12. Comedies-also a good anti-depressant, they teach you to laugh at stupidity instead of getting angry at it. We all want to be geniuses but being arrogant or bitter helps no one. May I recommend the following :The Office, Parks and Recreation, Arrested Development, The IT Crowd, Mom, or Scrubs just to name a few.
13. Music-Find someone who sings to your heart and your butt will follow
14.Fruit- Sweet without the guilt, bananas are my favorite
15. A nice walk
16. The ocean
I’m going to stop here for now. I could go on forever, and no joke,

And thank you for that terrific Gratitude list. .. It’s important to remember, especially with current events as they are. .. And a few I’d add to that ~ Love, the Mind, the Senses, Positive Magic & Ju Ju, Nice People, and Health. .. That’s something I always used to tell myself ~ If things aren’t going well ~ just remember, if you have 10 fingers and 10 toes, you’re in good shape. ..
