Hope everyone has been having an out and proud, happy Pride month!
The Pacific Pride Foundation {PPF} will be holding the Santa Barbara Pride Festival on August 27th at Chase Palm Park. .. So of course that week will be Pride week, and have a number of events. .. As I’m sure everyone knows all too well, it will be the first Pride in-person Pride festival in years. ..
I am on the Pride committee, and we are in the planning stages now. .. We’ve already had comments about needing better wheelchair accessibility, so they’re trying to be particularly mindful of that in the layout. .. This first year back, PPF wants to make it especially terrific ~ hence we are encouraging the all in the Community to give any input they might have. .. So if anyone has any other suggestions, comments, or ideas, just let me know, or post here. ..
