In honor of the holiday season and with respect to those readers who may not celebrate main stream holidays, I would like to focus my message today on gratitude. Gratitude can belong to anyone at anytime for anything. For those of you who are would be light workers, spiritual healers and just aligned with the natural vibrations of the universe, I know you all fully understand the importance of gratitude in one's heart and this is just a reminder.
In life we experience periods of jubilation and isolation. Needless to say, during periods of jubilation , the time passes quickly and there never seems to be enough hours in the day. During times of isolation we often feel lost, confused and without purpose. We find people speaking over us in discussions and seem lost in a crowd. The isolating times, as painful as they may be are our most fruitful, if utilized properly.
It is easy to be a great person when everything is going our way but a true mark of character it what one does when the chips are down. How you behave when disaster strikes is usually your most authentic self.
For this reason, I challenge anyone reading to find things to be grateful for this holiday season. Regardless of where you find yourself in life at this moment , make a list of things that you are grateful for and keep it close to you. Read the list if you find yourself in a negative thought loop. We are have them. We all have clouds of darkness that try to creep into our souls when we are least suspecting and if allowed to they would take up residence and stay forever. Gratitude is the ultimate darkness repellent. Remember the grateful little Who people in Whooville that suffered a burgled Christmas when the Grinch came into town? They all held hands and sang joyfully even though everything they owned was stolen. Their joy transformed the Grinch and he gave them back their stuff.

Dark forces are bullies, pure and simple. The bully can take away your hat but it loses interest if you don't care about what they are doing. Or even better if you can find joy in your life despite their bullying. Be true to yourself and keep your center, no matter what life throws at you.
Best wishes and love .
